2. there are many ways to hav referrals, just to give you an idea...

- post your blog or salespage on search engines, ex. ping-o-matic.com
- post your referral link at facebook, twitter, friendster, multiply, etc.

How to withdraw your earnings?
I personally choose Eon Debt Card from Unionbank to withdraw my earnings online. you may also choose other debit cards (ask your local bank on how to link your account online).
Alertpay will be your "payment processor" so you can cash out your earnings using your debit card.
Note: if you have debit cards you would like to use to cash out your earnings, please inquire at your bank.
Once you click on Alertpay, just click, "Go to my Account" then just choose PREMIER.
